I just finished a two hour meeting with 22 school leaders, board members, faculty, and staff at St. Matthew’s School (CA) as they begin to launch their design teams in their strategic planning process. They are continuing their planning work remotely - both synchronously and asynchronously - and using Basecamp and Zoom as their primary tools. Their small design teams will work for six to eight hours during the month to explore and identify long-term objectives. Kudos to this great group of educational leaders.
